Health projects/initiatives independent evaluation 

HEAT CIC and its members can offer an independent evaluation service of the impact of your project or initiative this will include:

  • Interviews with key stakeholders assessing their input and views
  • Analysing stats of impact based on baseline measurements in comparison to post implementation.
  • Analyse the outcome of the set priorities in line with the original proposal and if they have been achieved.
  • Create an overall report outlining all key elements of the project and its ability to achieve its desired goal.
  • Constructive criticism of the project as a whole what when right and what went wrong and why.
  • Key findings and overall impact
  • Legacy and what’s next
