HEAT members have conducted ground-breaking research into the effects of adopting a healthy lifestyle in healthy and diseased populations with our collective research work published more than 200 in high quality scientific journals. Our work has been utilised amongst others by the World Health Organisation (WHO), the British Heart Foundation (BHF), the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) and the Evidence-based NHS in both the UK and Scotland.

Implementation Model

Through extensive research within the HEAT team, we have adopted an evidence-based approach to implementation science. This model is transferable to any intervention in any setting inclusive of health community or event corporate. We are confident we can assist in making something work and keeping it current and fit for purpose.
